Got to disagree with other negative reviewers. I've owned three Epsons in the past few years, and do a lot of printing, everything from photos to straight copying to documents, and they've been outstanding. Just got a CX4600 and it is just as good and prints as well as every other epson I've owned. I do agree that the ink ain't cheap, but with my first epson I tried the refurbished cartridge route: DON'T DO THIS! After a few months, the poor quality of the ink ruined the printer head completely. I have asked many cartridge companies whether they will guarantee that their ink will not ruin my printer, and absolutely NONE of them can or will do so. They'll guarantee their ink will look good, but that's it. It's not worth it. I'll pay the premium price for the quality of Epson inks, and get their outstanding performance in return.
