I ruined my previous Epson buying the cheaper and so-called compatible Dataproducts cartidges. Do yourself a favor and stick with the Epson.

Epson inks have been really good for me ever since I bought my first Epson printer 4 years ago. I have never had a cartridge go out on me. The ink quality is comparable to those from HP if not better. I would recommend that you stick with Epson ink and not use the other ink. The quality and ease of use is just not there. Overall a great product.
